The bed and comforter is very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is casual, but the food is good. Breakfast has a smorgasbord of options, breads, fruits, eggs, colombian specialties and a cook who prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes on the spot. Dinner menu is reasonable and expansive. There is a patio on the 15th floor with a wide view of the city where after 5 PM you can have a glass of wine or cocktail, or even order from the restaurant menu.

Room was clean and had everything needed (robes, courtesy water, safe, desk). The man at reception who helped with luggage was very friendly. Room service was convenient to order via a QR code. They have a bar at the 15th floor with really amazing views. El Poblado is a nice area to stay at with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are extremely clean, everything seems new, huge space, and have everything you need to feel comfortable and be there for a short stance or like I did for three weeks. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, they are willing to you help you find everything you need. The breakfast has many options and is delicious. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend it.

As always in Medellin, we were welcomed by kind staff. Always helping and willing to! SERVICE is the best in Medellin! We stayed for 2 weeks, because we also had some medicals to do, so we wanted some peace and quiet. We asked for a room on the other side of the hotel. Camillo right a away helped us with that, explaining the possibilties. So so kind of him! Breakfast was as always generous. We love the rooms in Novelty suites, its roomy and you even have a separate space for clothes. (mini walkin closet) And its always sooo clean in that hotel! The loaction is THE BEST, right next to Oviedo mall and 5min walk to Santa fe mall and other restaurants. The paisa people are amazing! Warm, kind and friendly! We love to be there!

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with private parking and security guard. Front desk is open 24/7. Big rooms with AC, wireless phone charger, sofa and kitchenette, among other things. Big bathroom and shower box. Efficient daily cleaning service. Rich buffet breakfast as of 6am. The same restaurant is open throughout the day. Wi-Fi worked well. We could safely store our luggages at the front desk after checkout and collect them before going to the airport. Good soundproofing - traffic noise wouldn’t really bother you.

Breakfast was well service. The items service was good. The personnel was friendly the keep remember you every morning. The personnel give us some instruction and was at all time there to give us assistance. They where helpful. We enjoy our stay. We were glad that there was a gym that we could use.

we recently stayed at the novelty suites Hotel and was impressed by the stunning property. From the moment we arrived, we was struck by the beautiful architecture and meticulous landscaping. The hotel grounds were expansive and well-maintained, with lush gardens and walkways that were perfect for a leisurely stroll. Inside the hotel, the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design. The lobby was grand and inviting, with comfortable seating areas and beautiful artwork on display. The rooms were equally impressive, with high-quality furnishings and luxurious bedding that made for a comfortable and restful stay. One thing that stood out to me about this property was the range of amenities available to guests. In addition, there was a spa, fitness center, and several restaurants and bars on-site. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, which was close to many popular attractions and activities.

The suite was absolutely wonderful. We had lovely views of the city and mountains surrounding it. It was very large and had more room than we needed! It was nice to have a sofa, and table and chairs for extra sitting room. It was close to the Oviedo Mall, and a good Italian restaurant, the Della Nonna Milla de Oro Trattoria where there was a particularly good and attentive waiter, Guillermo. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent too, especially the buffet breakfasts. They were always delicious, with many tasty hot and cold dishes. Breakfast became our favourite meal of the day.
